Tire Pyrolysis is not burning.
Burning tires produces dioxin and much CO2.
Because there is no O2 in the reactor during pyrolysis process, the tires will not burning. The tires will become oil gas when we heat the reactor.
Tire pyrolysis produces about 45% oil ,35% carbon black,15% steel,5% gas.
The 5% gas will not discharge into air. It will be used as fuel to heat the reactor. So just produce little CO2.
